• assuring regrind, raw compound, and concentrates are being used properly and efferently throughout the production process
• ensuring tooling, fixture, crops nail punches, rolls, tables and table extensions and all other equipment are on the line for any and all changes through out the shift and for the shift coming in after
• coordinating breaks for both packers and operators if needed
• works side by side with maintenance in fixing issues and troubleshooting repairs.
• Silo and boxed raw material management, ensuring proper usage.
• Works with the die room to make sure new fixtures and crops are available and set up for any trials or production runs.
• Fixing and creating new pieces of equipment to ensure proper usage of equipment.
