· Responsible for generating Sales leads, managing customer accounts over the phone and email
· Providing product information and pricing while closing deals on a variety of Industrial and Architectural Aluminum
· Maintaining strong customer relationships within a designated territory, primarily through inbound and outbound calls from the company office
· Identify and Qualify new potential customers through prospecting, cold calling, and extensive market research
· Possess in-depth knowledge of American Metals Supply’s product line, including specifications, pricing, and applications to accurately answer customer questions
· Develop and maintain sales pipelines by tracking customer interactions, identifying buying needs, and driving sales opportunities through the sales cycle
· Prepare accurate and competitive quotes, negotiate pricing terms with customers, and close deals to meet sales targets
· Provide exceptional customer service by resolving customer issues, addressing concerns, and building strong relationships
· Utilize the company’s CRM system to effectively track customer interactions, sales activities, and sales performance metrics
· Ability to identify Prospect needs, overcome common objections, and close sales effectively creating a short sales cycle
· Making cold calls to follow up on Outstanding Quotes while understanding customer requirements and pain points to tailor product/service offerings accordingly
· Delivering compelling sales pitches to close deals and achieve sales targets while maintaining accurate customer information and sales pipeline within the company’s CRM system
· Tracking sales activity, generating reports, and analyzing performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
· Addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing post-sale support
