Job Description:
During my time as a Busser/Food Runner at Sauced BBQ and Spirits, I played a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and enjoyable dining experience for guests. My daily responsibilities included keeping the restaurant clean and organized, delivering food and drinks promptly, and assisting the front of house team with various tasks to maintain smooth operations.

I was responsible for clearing and cleaning tables quickly after guests finished their meals, making sure that each table was reset with clean dishes, utensils, and glassware for new customers. I helped maintain the overall cleanliness of the restaurant by sweeping, mopping, and managing the tidiness of dining areas, ensuring everything was presentable and welcoming.

As a food runner, I efficiently delivered food and beverages from the kitchen to guests, ensuring their orders were accurate and delivered in a timely manner. I also ran drink orders from the bar to tables, refilled drinks as needed, and made sure guests had everything they needed during their meals. Whenever a guest needed anything, I was quick to respond and assist, whether it was bringing extra condiments, refilling drinks, or answering any questions they had.

Throughout my time in this role, I worked closely with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication and fast service. I developed strong teamwork skills, always making sure to help others when needed, whether it was restocking supplies or assisting with clearing tables during busy times.
