Chase Quails

• Lead monthly safety council meetings and demonstrate safe work practices
• Adhere to DOT regulations while assisting in loading and securement of equipment
• Inform customers on proper loading and load securement techniques as well as DOT laws and regulations
• Diagnose and repair internal combustion engines, DC and AC electrical systems, hydraulic systems, and pneumatic systems
• Maintain a consistent routine maintainence schedule
• Order parts and produce detailed repair logs
• Conduct warranty repairs at manufacturers standards and timeframes
• Maintain strong communication with coordinators and sales reps to ensure equipment is repaired on time for the customer
• Assist in training of C Mechanics
• Repair and maintain a variety of equipment large and small including excavators, core drills, sweepers, water pumps, forklifts, and much more

Inspect delivered vehicles for damage during transport

Complete receiving/shipping paperwork for vehicles transported by third party haulers

Support vehicle auctions by verifying receipts at exit gate

Prepare vehicles and title packets for delivery

Drive vehicles on and off lot for repair/storage

Conduct minor paint correction and windshield crack repair

Detail vehicles prior to customer pick up

Promote a fun and safe work place that adheres to Tractor Supply Co guidelines

Greet and uncover the needs of all customers to execute the sales goal

Organize and prioritize work flow by creating and utilizing a well planned schedule

Resolve customer issues/complaints and ensure the customer has a unique experience

Ensure the health and safety of poultry sold by Tractor Supply Co

Inform associates on proper cash handling procedures

Conduct bank runs and deposits

Recover merchandise and apply loss prevention

standards

Operate forklifts and cardboard baler

Communicate job functions, responsibilities, and financial goals to team members
