• Manage 35 staff members while developing them into adults and ensuring quality food service
• Create and maintain a food budget and keep food cost at goal
• All inventory counts and ordering of food, consumables and money
• PNL focus and assistant in any decisions for growth and development to expand the company

• Develop myself and also staff to run efficiently at a fast pace
• Order money and also all food doing inventory counts
• Create schedules and be sure to meet budget
