Experienced digital transformation and project/program management leader
ℑ Serve as the expert and lead for a defined area of practice (digital transformation), providing vision and strategic direction
ℑ Lead a team of 60+ managers & consultants, w/roles including project/program managers, CoS, strategists, TPMs, change management experts, PMMs & business analysts
ℑ Lead annual strategic planning for practice: including OB/revenue forecasting, resource modeling, maturity assessments, L&D curriculum, practice-led sales initiatives and digital marketing thought leadership RoB
ℑ Responsible ongoing for practice financial targets ($24mm annual), including sales, resourcing & risk management
ℑ Act as a trusted advisor and strategic lead with clients, including account lead for Revel’s largest portfolio (grew from $6mm in FY23 to $15mm in FY24)
ℑ Work cross-functionally across practices and sales reps as practice SME for growth accounts
ℑ Report directly to and partner closely with Infogain & Revel executive leadership, through cross-functional sales plays, MBR/QBR reporting, annual fiscal planning & reporting
ℑ Mentor and manage Revelers in the Community through delivery, L&D and providing 1:1 coaching
ℑ Ensure alignment of annual associate goals to practice and Revel/IG and set practice-wide training and upskilling requirements. Oversee normalization for annual compensation cycle
ℑ Responsible for practice RoB, comms and overall PSAT/CSAT & attrition
ℑ Oversee all practice hiring, to ensure quality fit, skills alignment, DE&I
ℑ Oversee budget, resources, profitability, process and governance standards for large engagements
ℑ Create function-specific COEs, including PMO and web strategy
Marketing Operations SME

ℑ Lead and directly manage a team of consultants, primarily filling web strategy, ROB and PMO functions
ℑ Provide strategic consulting and facilitate workshops with senior client leadership team to create a centralized PMO CoE, including supporting Martech stack and tech migration plan, org design and workflow modeling
ℑ Responsible for delivery and account oversight, eg. functions described below as ACCN Global Delivery Lead
ℑ Create an inclusive, collaborative and motivated community of consultants
ℑ Establish account-level rigor and process (emphasis on strategy and finance)

ℑ Make resourcing decisions and cross-collaborate with other managers to address needs
