As a Sales Associate at Carter’s, I worked as a cashier and also helped organize and restock merchandise, putting clothes and other items back in the right place. I used strong communication skills every day, greeting each customer warmly and making sure they felt welcome. I helped customers find the sizes, styles, or products they were looking for, answered questions about promotions or products, and made sure they had a positive shopping experience. I also kept the store neat and tidy, folded clothes, and sometimes assisted with setting up new displays. My role required being friendly, patient, and attentive to customer needs.

At the YMCA, I worked in the after-school program with kids throughout the entire school year. I helped them with their homework, took them outside for activities and games, and supervised snack time. I also planned fun and engaging activities to keep the kids active and learning. I made sure they were safe, followed the rules, and felt included and supported. My role required patience, good communication, and the ability to manage groups of children with different needs and personalities.
