Labware management, including cleaning. Qualifying inputs (acids, labware, solutions, etc.) Operation of several analytical instruments (PH meters, auto titrators, thickness meters, etc.) Collection and testing of acid fluid samples for trace metals and acid base titration. managing and measuring gauge blocks for S475’s bench process. Creating and logging samples for both fluid and surface LE samples for testing. Running multiple titrators after completing daily quality verification. Supporting and adapting to the testing requirements needed to help 475 produce high purity poly’s for our customers

• Calibration and Operation of several spectrophotometric instruments and daily quality verification (7900s ICP-MS, DRC-ICP-MS).
• Preparation of bulk metal tips for metals analysis.
• Preparation of calibration standards and analytical solutions adherence to fault tree protocols for re-testing and verification.
• Data entry into the LIMS system and data transfer into the SAP system.
• Cleaning of analytical labware.
• Performance of the testing operations in accordance with ISO standards and documentation for ISO compliance.
• Managing acid, distillers, and stocking/rotation.
• Troubleshooting skills for various metals lab equipment.
• Weekly maintenance of instruments, as well as recognizing when other maintenance is required.
• Adapting to workflow and instrument failure throughout shift.

• Observe patients physical, mental, and emotional conditions to report any changes to the Nurse in charge.
• Entered observation information and wrote reports on any pertinent information pertaining to the residents.
• Abided by HIPPA laws and maintained all required training.

• Trained in ISO 9001 certification standards.
• Part of my duties consisted of logging the previous days sample drop off’s samples from surrounding companies including Dow, Dow Chemical and Dow Corning.
• I would then run quality testing on said samples once the samples were all tested, I would finish off with entering all the data (Data Entry) into the system.
• I also rotated through six different testing procedures running different necessary unique testing operations.
