Chella Periyanayagam

I am a licensed psychologist in the state of TN and have been in private practice for over 17 years. I was associated with Neurosurgery PSC, of Hopkinsville, TN until the PSC for dissolved earlier this year due to the retirement of its' president. I have since been self employed, mainly doing telehealth based from home, for adult populations. I provide cognitive-behavioral, Rational-Emotive, Acceptance and Commitment therapy, and Bereavement counseling. I previously held license in the commonwealth of Kentucky, which I recently gave up because of my move to TN.
