Direct patient care in home. Patient care following MD orders after acute care discharge, wound care, lab draw, iv infusion, picc and port line care. Start of care, resumption of care, discharge visits. Interaction with other healthcare professionals including physical, occupational and speech therapy and social work for betterment of patient care. Direct communication with MD regarding improvements and changes to patient health with need for order.

• Home health nursing, IV fluid administration, Wound care, Basic life support for health care providers (BLS)

• Critical care, Cardiac/Telemetry, Surgical stepdown
