Event Management - Execute well-planned events. At Rated Sports, we understand the importance of careful planning, detailed timelines, checklists and guidelines and a dynamic event marketing team. As the National Events Director my task include:

• Coordinate all on-site and field operations to make sure everything is run smoothly
• Ensured that volunteers responsibilities are defined, understood and executed correctly
• Serve as central point of contact for all outside vendors needing to gain access to event
• Plan, coordinate and control all daily operations throughout every event ie: ref transport, field map questions, game times kicking off at correct time, ref, parents or coach concerns.
• Main point of contact for all on site issues

• Oversee all aspects of recreational and competitive registration, including maintaining a database, player allocation, team organization and excellent customer service.
• Attend all Board meetings and report on all soccer related matters. Report to the Executive Director of Coaching and the BOD, and work closely and collaboratively with the Executive Director of Coaching in day-to-day operations of the club.
