I provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nursing staff.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities (bathing, feeding, grooming, toileting), documenting patient information, and ensuring comfort and safety. I help to support patient mobility, monitor condition changes, and communicate with nursing staff about change in condition. I provide patient dignity and compassionate care.

I assisted with daily activities, such as feeding, bathing, dressing, and toileting. I monitored any condition changes and reported any changes to the nursing staff. In this position, I helped to train new employees to care for residents to the best of their abilities, while caring for them as well

I helped customers find items they needed to purchase. I restocked items on shelves when they were empty. I checked people out when they were finished shopping.
