Hi, I’m

Chelsea Darling

Seattle,WA

Summary

After several years in sales and marketing I pivoted to program management at Amazon where I've led global outsourcing for one of the largest teams in talent acquisitions for the past two years. I am motivated by projects that allow space for creativity and innovation, and so am seeking a role with a team that will challenge and expand my abilities. Because of my unique background I am able to bring a dynamic perspective to my work and am comfortable with ambiguity and high level planning. Additionally, I value consistent learning and development and so always aim to amplify the growth and achievement of both my self and my team.
