Runs multidisciplinary meetings with Pain Medicine and Physical, Medicine, & Rehab to determine best plans of care. Facilitates a monthly Neuro Operations and quarterly Neuro Oversight committee. Ensure patients have completed all necessary steps to proceed with surgery and collects all post op data to monitor for trends in outcomes to improve practices.
