I began working in the restaurant and hospitality industry in 2000, starting as a server and working my way up through varying levels of management. I love the relationships that I have maintained with my customers throughout my years behind the bar. I thoroughly enjoy planning events for clients, getting to really know them and being able to anticipate their expectations; from mitzvahs and company parties to LA award shows and events. I am always very hands on in all aspects of the job, from washing dishes to hopping on the line to cook if need be. I take pride in my work and treat every guest as if they were in my own home.
