Work with a team of RNs and administrators to perform root cause analysis on all CAUTI/CLABSI cases to reduce iatrogenic harm at the hospital-wide level. Have presented initiatives to the division of hospital medicine and  IM residency program. 


2020-current: Medical student remediation training. Meet one on one with medical students identified for remediation to work on clinical skills to improve performance on the medical wards. 


2022-2023 Hospital Medicine Teaching Skills 2.0 Participant: small group teaching on how to be a better teacher and mentor to medical students and residents, including courses on providing effective feedback, bedside teaching, and helping struggling learners.
