I am a seasoned teacher in Fine Arts with 15 years of experience serving K-12 students in various performance-based capacities. I am an innovative and open-minded individual with a passion for adventure, challenges, and student inclusion. I am proficient in monitoring student performance and achievement, devising unique lesson plans for each grade level and overseeing daily lessons and rehearsals. I am a proud Hallsville community member. I will be entering my 10th year teaching at Hallsville Schools, and my 4 children will attend school here through high school. I am motivated by the potential opportunity to make a mid-career shift into teaching high school and middle school students. I would love the chance to follow my K-5 students up to high school and create meaningful drama and theater experiences at an elevated level.
