• Researching, learning, adapting, following, and/or creating curricula to best educate Pre-K and Kindergarten students, both together and separately
• Ensuring a positive and beneficial environment for our school's first and youngest learners
• Creating open and inviting means of communication with families to create relationships and collaboration to benefit everyone's school experience
• Giving 3-6-year-old students dynamic lessons, a well-structured environment, and ample opportunities to gain the skills, abilities, and knowledge they need to become life-long learners
• Continuously assessing and evaluating students' abilities, struggles, and growth, tracking data, reporting as needed, and utilizing such data to better educate each and every student

• Following and creating a curriculum to teach pre-kindergarten and sixth grade students (separately)
• Collaborating with several colleagues to ensure proper education and appropriate support for all students
• Finding, using, and creating curricula to teach two very different levels of students within each school day
• Assessing and evaluating students' abilities, struggles, and growth, and adjusting my practices accordingly

• Following and creating a curriculum to teach third grade students
• Taking over all roles of the classroom teacher, starting October 6th and continuing through the school year

(I was hired in August as a Special Ed./Title 1 Ed Tech III, but was placed as the third grade teacher shortly after.)

• Following and creating a curriculum to teach fourth and fifth grade students (separately over two years)
• Using the Expeditionary Learning model, as well as creating expeditions and following modules within the curriculum
• Incorporating technology in students' learning and achievements
• Assessing and evaluating students' abilities, struggles, and growth, and adjusting my practices accordingly
• Working collaboratively with various professionals to create, evaluate, share, and learn

• Work one-one-one and collaboratively with specified students in a regular classroom environment; multiple kindergarten and first grade students throughout the school day
• Assisting in their presence in the regular classroom
• Implementing PBIS and behavioral plans

• Over 140 hours; all within RSU1 elementary schools.
