Turning scruffy into stunning, and chaos into calm. From managing busy grooming salons to mentoring the next generation of groomers, I've done it all with a smile (and probably some dog hair on me). Currently, I am a proud member of the GSL council. I help shape grooming standards and mentor rising stars across stores. Whether I'm teaching, traveling, or trimming, I bring energy, creativity, and leadership to every paw-sible task.

  • Built and led a strong team of groomers, trained from scratch. Mentored other store bathers to become grooming experts. In quality and safety. Maintained top-tier grooming standards, safety, and pet/parent satisfaction. Spearheaded salon growth, improved retention, and increased customer loyalty.
  • Supported other stores by traveling to coach and mentor teams in need. Including GM's. Showing them how the grooming side of things can work proficiently.
  • Become a Grooming Mentor helped me do more for coaching up-and-coming groomers with hands-on training, feedback, and pep talks.
  • Helped countless students become certified, confident, and capable.
  • Led grooming refresh sessions with former students. Checking on their progress.
  • Always the go-to for tough cuts, tough days, and tough love (the kind that builds greatness).
