Accomplishments

Within my first year at Grainger, I started out as an part time OSR, in which I would flex to get full time hours, by handling territories that were down an OSR to assist my SOS with coverage. I also assisted with OSS work, by doing cross reference projects for new or existing accounts, as well as setting up new Keepstock accounts. Within 6 months of being will Grainger, I was given a full time position as a hybrid OSR/OSS. I have been selected to be apart of the new roadmap project, as well as a new cross referencing project to help test out and improve. I have successfully been a part of expanding several Keepstock accounts that I service, by assisting sellers in adding more machines and products for customers, by talking to contacts to see about their needs. I have built and maintained very positive relationship with all my sellers and customers. I have also been selected to help rebuild customer relationships as well. I have been awarded many Grainger stars for my role in expanding Keepstock accounts and going above and beyond for customers and sellers and my other team members. I take pride in always working very hard and doing whatever it takes to have healthy working relationships with everyone involved, as well as always developing myself in my career to be the very best I can be.
