Specializing in estimate preparation and project management, exceling in strategic planning and leadership, significantly enhancing operational efficiency and customer satisfaction across the board.
In my nearly 10 years within the ServiceMaster company I have worn many hats. I began as a technician in the field and quickly elevated to Project Manager. During the initial ownership I handled aspects from call intake, technician labor in the field, insurance communications, estimating, project managing, hiring, and handling any issues that arose throughout the losses.
In the current ownership I have worn many hats as well. Beginning as a Claims Coordinator/Estimator, Project Manager, and now acting as the Branch Manager as well as the aforementioned roles, while overseeing the franchise-wide group of Claims Coordinators.
I have acquired a vast knowledge of the claim process, insurance situations, understanding of the customer experience, management, leadership, program scenarios, estimating various jobs as well as in many different ways of estimating based on the situation and circumstances at hand, along with many other things. I have gained knowledge across the industry and internal workings of the systems that go along with it.
