- Cross-Site Operational Consulting: Completed 2-week STA at MGE9 (Atlanta) to transform chase process and AR metrics. Created sustainable tools (ad hoc calculator, operational wiki) and trained all leadership on best practices in chase and AR optimization. Result: Improved CPT% +44.72%, tools continue to be used post-departure.
Leadership Development & Talent Pipeline:
- Developed multi-level leadership bench: Mentored 1 Pathways OM, 4 additional OMs, and 15+ new Area Managers through structured development, stretch assignments, and targeted coaching. Trained ACY9 leadership team on AR operations (cross-site knowledge transfer).
- GoldenEye POC: Implemented train-the-trainer model to achieve 100% adoption in first week across 1 site leader, 2 Sr Ops, 8 OMs, and 26 Area Managers. Created sustainable training capability that continues beyond initial rollout.

- Scan Compliance Turnaround: Drove URL/RTFC scan compliance from 75% to 98%+ through root cause analysis, targeted training, and audit mechanisms that ensure ongoing compliance. Leading launch of 2x RTFC volume.
- Cost Optimization: Reduced LH wasted ad hocs by 91.5% through calculator tool and leadership education. Improved NIT sort TPH by +11.2% by focusing on input metrics, 23% Day TOT reduction, 16.6% TWI TOT reduction.
