  • Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Monitoring all approved services to meet the individual's current needs, Conducts quarterly home visits and conduct monthly telephone contacts with the individuals being served , ensuring personal care attendants (PCA's) chosen by the individual meet basic competencies, and review and approve their payroll
