- Helping MedSurg/Hospice/Oncology patients with ADL's ( Activities of Daily Living) such as bathing/showering, personal/hygiene cares, and feeding.
- Perform foley catheter care, super pubic catheter care, urostomy and ileostomy care.
- I perform CHG (Chlorhexidine Gluconate) baths for patient with central lines, ports and picc lines.
- Reduced fall incidents by implementing safety measures like bed alarms and proper positioning techniques.
- Turn or reposition patients who are bedridden, provide and empty bedpans or bedside commodes.
- Promoted independence in patients through walking exercises or assisting them with mobility devices like walkers or wheelchairs.

- Remove patients IV’s and I help transport patients to other units or to their car upon discharge.

- Monitored patient specimen samples and test results to effectively alert supervisors of potentially unhealthy changes.
