-Assisted the Scelukukhanya Home Based Care (SHBC) Management with budget planning, program implementation, development and information gathering to secure small grant funding for various workshop trainings.
-Provided direction and oversight to manage critical programs and projects at Zulu village post. Corresponded with national and international funding organizations to ensure compliance with programmatic documents and award of funds to secure over ZAR 28,000 (~$2,000 USD) for various workshop trainings.
-Presented technical briefings on HIV intervention strategies at eight Local AIDS Council meetings with government officials, organizations, private companies, and universities.

Provided strategic planning regarding difficult and diverse functions or issues that affected critical components of assigned village post and resource utilization.
-Trained seven key staff members of Scelukukhanya Home Based Care on work plans, timelines, spend plans, monitoring, evaluation, analysis, and reporting skills for 6 weeks

Served on board as Chair and Co-Chair on policy interpretation and implementation related to design and management of Volunteer Diversity Post programs and other pertinent programmatic matters
