Evergreen Circle Retail Development (HMH-San Jose): Construction of the overall project will consist of both retail and residential developments on an approximately 65-acre site;. The proposed retail development is comprised of four regions – Region 3B and Region 3C, located at the northern half of the project, Region 4C, which occupies the southern portion of the project, and Region 6, which is located along Capitol Expressway at the eastern site boundary. Performed Grading and Drainage Plan and PD permit with design; drafting; technical forms; calculations and estimates.

211 & 217 Vera Avenue (Lea and Braze- Redwood City): Construction for 10 unit Condominium project in San Mateo County. Performed Tentative Map and Construction Plans with technical forms; calculations and estimates.

Self Storage Facility (Lea and Braze- San Mateo): Construction for Self-Storage Facility in San Mateo. Prepare documents and calculations for planning, perform grading and utility plans with storm water treatment plans for Construction Stage.

Bartle Residence (Lea and Braze-Atherton): Construction for 1.1 acres single family home associated with swimming pool, private driveway, patios and landscaping in 69 Flood Circle, Atherton. Performed in the whole Design Development set including stormwater treatment area calculation and hydrology studies .Coordination with Architectures, Landscaping Architectures, Soil Geotechnical Engineers and other contractors with plan details and keep Clients informed throughout the whole process. Prepare whole civil sets and supporting reports, documents for Town submittals, coordinate and revise city plan check comments.

Street Improvement Plans for Stevens Creek Blvd.& S. Cover Ave. (JMH Weiss- San Jose): Construction and replacement of the Steven Creek Blvd. and S. Clover Avenue sidewalk/pavements and ramps for a proposed hotel located at the intersection of two streets. Connect the proposed underground utilities to existing underground utilities with city standards. Create the profile of underground utilities with stations and sections using Civil 3D. Performed completed street improvement plans.

The Deck Mixed-Use Project (JMH Weiss- Santa Clara): Construction of existing retail buildings and existing parking lots on a single parcel totaling 2.27 acres gross, and construction 4-story, 66 units condominium building with 9,900 square foot commercial/retail space with structured and surface parking with associated lighting and landscaping in Santa Clara, CA. Performed in the whole planning set (including grading, utility and stormwater management design); coordinated with contractor and city planners, architects, structural designers, landscaping designers and plumping designers, etc..

Fremont Technology Business Center (JMH Weiss- Fremont):
The Fremont Technology Business Center Project comprises approximately 9-acres of a 42 acre parcel and is located at the southeast corner of Cushing Parkway and Bunche Drive, in Fremont, CA. Performed in hydrology plans using Hydrology Extension, stormwater control plans, stormwater design and calculations.

Pacific Commons Automall Parcel (JMH Weiss- Fremont): Construction of new 10.56 acres auto retails, associated parking and landscaping. Performed in whole planning set (including grading, utility and stormwater management design), stormwater checklist, related stormwater design and calculations.

Ikea Retail Center (JMH Weiss- Dublin):
Construction of a new 339,099 sf multi-level retail building, and eight smaller lifestyle retail buildings totaling 93,000 sf with associated parking and landscaping in Dublin, CA. Performed in stormwater management plan and stormwater calculations, prepared for the BAMH model analysis.

Butcher's Corner Project (JMH Weiss- Sunnyvale):
Construction of new 5.23 acres of single family residential & Mixed-Use in Sunnyvale, CA. Performed in utility plan, stormwater management plan and Storm Drainage Impact Analysis report.
