  • Completed the execution of a dormitory bathroom that lay inoperable for 18 years. The room was renovated & refinished allowing added revenue from $5,225 to $20,900 for an additional 2 - 4 clients use per month. I achieved my project under $1,000 due to me reaching out to local companies for donated service . Thus, covering the compensations enough to cover for my own salary (at the time) in a span of 4 to 6 months
  • Attained the reconstruction & beautification phase of my former employer’s courtyards by using a team of volunteers for recruit & retention purposes
  • Investigating funding for facility restorations, I connected with the Chamber of Commerce to discovered that the organization could qualify for grants through the Arkansas Historic Preservation Program (AHPP)
  • Located a free health care clinic for clients who may not possess adequate medical coverage


  • Revised policies and procedures such as, Petty Cash, Visitor Sign In/Out, grounds security checks, and several more for operational purposes
  • Working in conjunction with the Director of Operations; we collaborated with the University of Arkansas at Little Rock (UALR), and constructed a Crisis Management Plan to provide additional safety for the entire organization. Inclusive of a 24hrs Wi-Fi connectable meet location, an assigned PR personnel for media inquiries, immediate housing for clients without advance notice up to 48hrs after a crisis or major emergency on the campus, etc.
  • Took over the offsite recreational activities for the clients, and scheduled outings to local and out of state events such as dinner theater, casino, museum, etc.
  • Connected with the director of Bill and Hillary Clinton National
    Airport in addition with ABM Aviation, Inc. to change policies and functions that were slightly off-kilter for people with certain disabilities
