As a part of the Google Data Center Compliance, Security, Risk Management (GDC CSRM) team, I have been designated as the SME and owner of all CSRM floor plans, globally. I work closely with FTE Software Engineers to create standards for drawings so they can be ingested by different management platforms, such as Infrastructure Maintenance Management System (IMMS) and Vantage.

• Identifies and implements new technologies and processes to improve team efficiency and effectiveness
• Cross team collaboration to ensure drawing data consistency and adherence to standards
• Liaison between client and customer between different teams who support the same project.
• Develops standards for drawings to be ingested into multiple platforms
• Developed a cross team playbook to ensure drawings are in compliance with previously set standards, along with newly developed standards
• Created and maintains drawing templates for drawing consistency
• Creates confidential drawings that contains floorplans and security devices, while adhering to all standards
• Leads a team of drafters by developing individualized training, support, and creating the deadlines for every project

Supported the Department of Defense's teams, including SPAWAR's Provisioning Engineering Support and Document Team (PESD), Air Force SBIR, Remote Weapon Station (RWS), and the Special Surveillance Program (SSP), including: the Ground Communication Station, Gondola, and Mobile Surveillance Tower on the NAVAIR Persistent Ground Surveillance System (PGSS), Aerostat Program. Support included management and leadership of drafters, schedule management of drawings, drafting, drafting quality assurance, total drawing package review for DoD C4ISR and C5ISR Systems, reverse engineering, two and three‐dimensional drawing development, and technical documentation development utilizing AutoCAD and SolidWorks programs.

• Performed quality assurance (QA) verifying/ redlining on all engineering design department drawings in compliance with ASME Standards prior to submission to Prime‐Contracting Authorities
• Created and edited Imagine One's Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and the Engineering Standard Guide (EDSG) based on the ASME and Shore Installation Handbook (SIPH), per design effort
• Tracked errors and omissions ratios for the engineering design department personnel for development of individualized training for the drafters
• Developed weekly reports for the Project Manager including errors and omissions
