  • Directed 5,500 network deliveries a day, in partnership with 200 independent contractors with 300+ trucks and achieved 99.6% on-time performance
  • Within 9 months, the East Coast regional operating margin doubled from 5% to 10%, by increasing stops per truck by 25% and warehouse handling productivity gains of 12%
