My accomplishments are that i can effectively run the merge with high numbers and still get our team out before the time we are suppose to finish.

I make sure that the loads are ran in sequence so it does not affect the drivers when they get to there stop.

I focus on order quality and OS&D at all times while im running the merge.

I ensure that no matter what our total is we will not get overtime.
