- Quality Technician, I look over paperwork and FAIR for the part before we perform hands-on inspection. After Inspection we provide tolerance data and fill out an Inspection Plan (IP) while we buy off the product in Tip-Qa, MES and Costpoint.
- Maintained quality documentation and records for conformance with relevant standards.
- Collaborated with production teams to address and resolve quality concerns, improving overall product reliability.
- Working with engineering, production, and other departments to promote quality improvement initiatives. Assisting in training employees on quality standards and procedures. These responsibilities contribute to maintaining high-quality standards in production and service delivery. I continue to cross train with that opportunity I have learned a significant number of responsibilities in our three Quality departments (RI, Final and the Barrel Room).
