  • Financial Review: Assess applicable fees at various stages of the case according to the Code of Arbitration Procedure. Make written recommendations on fee waiver requests. Conduct financial review of settled/withdrawn cases and hearing awards for case closure within expected timeframes.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, including responding to inquiries, orally via phone or in writing, regarding FINRA arbitration policies and procedures, status of cases, and assessment of fees.
