• Coordinated with administration to align educational initiatives with organizational goals and community needs.
• Supported the integration of technology into each lesson to improve teaching effectiveness and student interaction.
• Introduced new assessment methods using Performance Development Index and Mental Golf Type assessments that provided valuable insights into student progress and informed future instruction techniques. Also use UpGame to track student progress.
• Established mentorship programs to foster teacher growth and enhance instructional delivery. Oversee two other coaches that run the junior program from toddlers-age 12. PGA Junior League and US Kids Clinics are offered throughout the year.

Certified in dozens of programs including V-1 Golf, Bodi Trak, Trackman, SAM Puttlab, Wright Balance, Golf Biodynamics, BLAST, K-Vest, Sportsbox Ai, Mental Golf Type.
