Additional Information

In addition to the first Management position at Pattaconk, most of my background is in fine dining. Offering 5 star service up-scale. We asked for water would you prefer sparkling, still or tap. We served an a -muse-bouche, sorbet palate cleanser, crumbed between courses, served ladies and the head of the party 1st and had to know your salad and desert silverware from your fish ware. The places of employment ranged from 1986-2013 when we moved from CT to SC. Waters Edge Inn & Spa Westbrook CT. Restaurant Du Village Chester CT. Inn at Chester Chester CT. Copper Beech Inn Essex CT. I have worked a few seasonal gigs in SC at turn and burn style facilities but it is not my forte. Two years as a bartender at Little River and Calabash Elks lodges, 2014-2015 and 1 season each at Buoy's on the Blvd, NMB and Hurricane Jule's LR.
