  • Since 2013, The Way To Wellness LLC, has created a dynamic series of classes designed to teach participants how to reverse the symptoms of diabetes and lose weight naturally. Our classes have taken us to many states here in the USA as well as to the East Caribbean and even to India to educate hundreds of people.
  • These one-day classes and 3-days seminars are also designed to teach dieticians, nutritionists, and nurses-who work with the diabetic population to better help their clients/patients experience restoration of health as well as freedom from medication if possible.
  • Actively participated in various health education fairs around the state, in partnership with the US Department of Agriculture (USDA) - Time and Tide Resource Conservation and Development for Health Education since 2009.
  • Sustained adult education programs of Maranacook Maine Adult Education and Old Orchard Beach/Saco Adult Education through the facilitation of specialized cooking classes for Type 2 Diabetes reversal and weight loss.
  • Formulated and taught workplace wellness classes for Franklin Savings Bank and Bath Iron Works, two of the largest organizations in Maine.
  • Assisted Augusta Public School Cafeteria's implementation of healthy, plant-based meals for students by conducting lectures on food preparation.
