Charity event coordinator, January 2003, I worked 6 years with Guardian Ad Litem writing for foster kids and I was invited to their celebration dinner , where I was presented with a plaque for all the work I had done one of the proudest moments of my life

  • I arrange large charity events for various organizations to raise awareness and funds. I coordinate everything from the vendors and local artists to the food trucks to the entertainment and the speakers , I also do silent auctions raffles and fifty fifties. i work with the vendors for approximately 2 months before the event and I start working with the media month for 40 advanced. So we can get it out everywhere and get as many people as we possibly can. I plan out the locations of everything at the event everyone can see the speakers. The vendors and enjoy the entertainment

  • I'm having a hard time updating my resume on my phone. I live in a rural area. I wanted you to know that I have over 30 years in business experience roughing directly with the owners and the presidents , as I was lucky enough to have them train me and every aspect of the business. i was in charge of every transaction in financial banking from minute was written to the wires of bonds were delivered on wall street. It was also my job to balance the general ledger 42 companies. I worked very closely with both the trading desk. The salesman , and of course , the customers they needed to be top priority as the customers are the ones who give us our business. I've arranged everything around customers. I've helped them with any problems they've ever had , and I was lucky enough to have great relationships with all of them as they respected me for taking good care of them. When I worked at the rusty anchor restaurant , we sat two hundred and eighty people and I was the only night manager. It was my job to run the floor to do the high range to do the training to manage the employees along with the kitchen staff. It was my job to balance the banks at the end of the night and make a deposit. I did all dry storage orders. I did all the liquor orders. i was in charge of arranging for large parties. We worked hand in and hand with the key west navy base , the local judges and lawyers, along with most business on as we were the largest seafood restaurant in Key West. When you have that many people approximate 280 for 2 seats. You have to make sure You are prepared for everything. Besides hiring training scheduling, my job was also to play hostess and greet the customers and make sure they all had a wonderful evening And the food was just what they wanted. I had no idea how much respect I had earned from the customers until I did. My first charity event , and there wasn't one person that didn't bring me a gift , even those who were homeless and had no money brought something that meant the world to me. i would have a lot of requests for stopping by tables and visiting and explaining the fishing etc. Cetera, they all thought I was treating them special. When actually I treated everyone with the same respect , the same judgment throughout the time. I worked there. I believe in showing respect to everybody , no matter where they're from.
  • The only problem I can see right now is that my husband was ill for over 7 years at the house. I was this caregiver, and I did not have a computer to use. I need to be updated on microsoft word, i can probably get someone here in the neighborhood to spend time with me and bring me up to date and then learn a little bit more from you when I get there.
  • I'm very particular about working for good companies that put out good products , good customer service and stand behind their words.

  • The owner of the company called me into his office.The very first week to tell me that he loved by work.I was very professional and he wanted me to take over the department. Try to figure out where the problems were coming from.So that I could fix them and balance the general ledger at the end of each month.
  • Over the next 2 years, I was putting charge of all the software and hardware for the computer deliveries and wires of bonds and funds to Wall Street. I was in charge of hiring training personnel and working is an assistant to the government trading desk.
  • When the auditors came in to review all our books in general ledgers , they came to me because I was more experienced was every trans action then the c e o and owner.
