IP&S Manager-BDS Fab & STL Tool Integration

Current IP&S Manager for newly formed BDS Fabrication & Integration team. Also Manager for Tooling Scheduling.

  • Developed new team to provide key support to Boeing Fabrication sites across the country.
  • Identified key initiatives to help mitigate risk and improve communication between large fabrication sites of: Philadelphia, Mesa, and St. Louis; while also coordinating across growing sites such as Huntsville to ensure collaboration across teams
  • Established new processes and procedures to correct how fab work orders are managed to help prevent a compliance issue/ CAR
  • Initiated lead time reconciliations between performing & authorizing sites
  • Worked with multiple Customers to better understand their pain points and how our team can help them manage their demand from BDS, BGS & BCA
  • Created a pipeline for IP&S with contract-hires in the Tooling Scheduling function to develop new employees for key IP&S skillsets

IP&S Manager- 777X Program

Led a team of dual-role schedulers, where we worked in both OPP and BRAIDSS. First program to do combined Program, Change Commitment & Production Scheduling.

  • Established team priorities, ensured 'plans for the plans' were built, changes were maintained and monitored performance to the priorities.
  • Evaluated employee performance and continuously provided constructive feedback to improve skillsets.
  • Leveraged data and analytics to make informed decisions and drive business improvements to support rate increases and schedule changes from BCA.
