I worked as a contract employee to complete a project for AC Disaster Consulting. My duties included matching receipts from remote consultants in Sales Force to an excel spreadsheet from Quick Books Online. Some receipts also had to be posted to certain client projects. Once that was accomplished, I was required to post the entry to its proper GL account and finalize it using Quick Books Online. I worked in Excel daily and was required to use many functions in my duties. Communication among colleagues was necessary to solve issues with invoices and credit card receipts. Finally, I was given an additional project to bring payroll GL entries up to date and verify their accuracy.
