• Provided Tier 1, 2, and 3 mental health support
• Taught school-wide social/emotional lessons
• Provided Tier 2 check in/check out and small group support
• Provided Tier 3 individual behavioral/emotional support
• Led the general education intervention team
• Trained staff on trauma-informed practices, deescalation techniques, Social Thinking, and Zones of Regulation
• Provided resources to parents through a regular newsletter
• Coordinated weekend meals and holiday help programs with community resources
