• Provides shift assignments that facilitates staff with appropriate skills set to meet patient care needs
• Utilizes critical thinking and effective communication to meet desired patient goals and outcomes
• Promotes overall forward movement of the unit to improve the quality of patient care

• Patient care on babies from 1:3 to 1:1 acuity
• Serves as Relief Charge
• Preceptor for new grads and experienced newly hired nurses
• Baby catcher in Labor & Delivery
• Nursery Nurse
