As GS11 Lieutenant Correctional Supervisor at the Federal Medical Center, Carswell, Fort Worth , TX. In this capacity, I have the responsibility of the operational aspects of the Correctional Services Department and supervision of 130 correctional officers assigned to various areas of the institution. I have provided effective leadership and management oversight to correctional services staff and have been responsible for overall the orderly running of the entire institution.
