*I provide day to day counseling, resolve work related problems, carefully evaluate the performance of subordinate's, write reports, assign specific tasks, disseminate important information, submit monthly awards, participated on staff interview panels, conducts investigations and assign duties.

*I investigate disciplinary problems and intervene in situations beyond the subordinate's authority. I am often assigned as an investigator to conduct investigations and obtain information.
