Administrative Duties:
Responsible for maintaining office suite, equipment and inventory. Distribute stat faxes daily for all Baylor Family Physicians. Obtain purchase orders through Jaggaer for office supplies and contracts for the facility. Process work order requisitions. Pay office utility bills. Manage Expenses and invoices through Concur. Assist as needed with department functions.
