My name is Chester Hughes I attended Fairlawn Local Schools and Uppervalley Career Center studying Construction Management. I graduated both school and figured i would continue my construction management education so i went to Hocking college for Construction Management and graduated. Now i am happily able to say I am a Proficient Project Engineer with 1.5 years of experience driving over 8 projects to completion. Skilled in overseeing technical staff and checking that projects are completed on schedule, within budget and according to specifications. Also ACI certified in concrete testing and nuclear dirt testing i also have my rebar certification and am efficient with doing such tasks on large commercial project down to small residential jobs.
