- I have 20 years of oil & gas experience. I started at a young age as a pulling unit floor hand. I then moved my way up to an operator. I then switched to roustabouting, where I worked my way up to a crew pusher. I then became a field operator where I learned all I could such as all down hole and surface equipment, tank batteries, compressors, and gathering systems. I then got into stimulation as an iron hand on an acid crew where I eventually became a pump operator. I went on as an acid treater and a cement pump operator along with a reverse circulation operator. I now have 7 years of Refinery experience with a lead off position where I perform a wide variety of manual labor tasks with varying day-to-day work as a lead worker.
