Responsible for the implementation of the YES! program throughout the hospital as well as staff support and training.

I run several groups for the children as well as help set up several events and programs for them.

• Provided patient care for adolescents ages 11-17
• Responsible for patient safety throughout the day, both during program times and downtime
• Provided counsel during times of crisis and when therapists were not available
• Taught valuable skills including hygiene and coping strategies
• Also would defuse crisis situations according to OMH safety standards

• Participated and Directed the New Horizon Pathfinder Club which taught children and adolescents skills including leadership, wilderness survival, discipline and various vocational skills
