  • Assisted customers with finding cannabis products by preference of strain, strength, price, desired effects, taste/flavor, and whether their needs required a product that was THC, CBD, CDN, or CBG inclusive
  • Monitored and restocked product levels continuously throughout the day to maintain full stock of all products offered for sale, in a neat attractive manner that made all products not only aestetically pleasing but also visible and in full veiw of the customers.
  • Aided and informed customers of products that would be potentially suited to their needs, that they had not previously been aware of. Making them aware of helpful products and substances that would be more appropriately helpful for their specific need and use of cannabis and its counterparts. Making sure to take the time to fully explain and edjucate them on the product and its uses, effects, dosage, any and all information that would help them in understanding why such products would be a good, or even better choice than what they had maybe orriginally came in to purchase. Many times enlightening them as such to the point that a purchase of several additional items would be made, as well as the customer leaving feeling like they had truly been helped and that all their questions had been answered. Benefitting not only the customers, but the company as well, due to upselling and more products being sold, and potentially even creating a customer for a certain product that wouldnt have otherwise existed.
  • Diligently followed policy for checking the id, and age of every single patron that wished to purchase anything in the store to comply with state and federal laws for the sale and purchase of marijuana and cannabis products. Ensuring that any patron that presented a verticle form of drivers liscence or state ID, was inspected, and also double checked by another employee. Making sure that the date of birth was first read to the other employee and was repeated back to myself by said employee. This was to ensure that there was no discrepencies and so that there was two individuals who had checked and agreed upon the validity of the age of the customer to be that of legal age to purchase cannabis.
  • Used a POS system to total up sales of all products and accepted and handled cash payment from patrons.
  • Ensured that the store, especially the customer areas and the glass on the display cases, floors, rugs, and all areas were cleaned regularly to ensure cleanliness and store appearance and appeal.
  • Took the initiative during periods of time when business was slow to research and educate, and familiarize myself with different products. Such as different marijuana strains, whether they were sativa, indica, hybrid, their individual effects, taste, potency, and anything that could be considered "special" about the way that the farm/distributor produced their products. ie. whther they were strictly an organic or pesticide free farm.
  • Also took the time to learn the locations of different products and in the case of the prices not being visibly labeled, price checked said items in order to have a natter knowledge of the cost of any available products, to further aid customers in making the best decision when choosing a potential purchase, ensuring that any and all customers would feel satisfied with the service provided and their purchase.
  • Took note of any product or inventory that needed to be restocked and communicated the needed products to the "key holder" on shift. Enabling them to pull the needed product from the stock room, out onto the floor so that it was accesible to myself and other employees to replenish any depleted stock. ensuring that all product was "full", not looking sparse or depleted and that a wide assortment of types and varieties were always readily available.
