• Answer phones, confirm bookings, and manage reservation systems (like OpenTable or Resy).
• Waitlist Control: If no tables are available, manage the waitlist, give accurate wait times, and keep guests updated.
• Address guest concerns, answer questions about the restaurant, and maintain a polished, friendly demeanor.
• Flow Coordination: Communicate with servers, bussers, and managers to ensure smooth operations, especially during peak times.
• Appearance & Professionalism: Present a well-groomed, professional image—often in formal attire to match the upscale environment.

• Ensuring exceptional guest experiences by overseeing the host/host team and coordinating seating arrangements efficiently.

• Understanding the restaurant menu to engage guests on choosing menu items and able to answer guest's questions. Guides guests through their dining experience while maintaining to-go orders as well as processing payments.

• Responsible for positive guest interactions while serving guests in a timely manner.

• Ensuring customers are greeted quickly upon arrival and seated. Taking orders and ensuring that special requests are honored whenever possible. Getting food and beverages out to customers in a timely fashion.
