- Aids pharmacists in the preparation and dispensing of patient medications, sterile products, TPNs, non-sterile medications, hazardous medications, and ADC medications and supplies, and ensures the delivery of these medications to nursing units.
- Assist pharmacists in processing new medication orders and answering phones and provides accurate, safe, effective handoff to other team members
- Participate in training new employees in the main pharmacy and limited specialized areas (when appropriate) and participates in the peer review process.
