• Within a week of my arrival, I took a look at our company's billing structure relative to smaller niche company practices and was able to increase revenues by 27.5% per transaction by introducing a new billable item.
• I often collaborated with real estate investors in helping them structure their deals. This small service increases investor retention and loyalty by 32%. It became a normal, added service in the office.

▪ Invested over 200+ hours in developing technical skills such as SQL, analytics platforms like Knime, Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs), Salesforce, Programmatic, Google Analytics, Power BI & Tableau in order to analyze, manipulate, and interpret large data sets to gather insights and optimizations for multiple case study projects
