1) Department of Internal Medicine

  • in-patient clinical experience
  • Made complete, timely, and accurate clinical decisions with attendings for each patient and continually looked for opportunities to improve processes and workflow
  • 8 Night shifts every month: admitted up to 10 patients per shift, identified critical cases, and arranged ICU transferring
  • Elective : Pulmonology, Endocrinology, Rheumatology, and I/D

2) Department of Neurology : 2 months

  • Independent neuro consultant : Triaged up to 15 neurologic patients at ED per day
  • Neuro ICU : took care of patients with IICP, SE, MGs with AHRF

3) ED rotation : 1 month

  • Triaged patients at the Internal medicine front desk
  • Code room : Ran the code and performed Intubations
  • Arranged ICU transferring after codes and rapid response

4) Elective : General surgery (Liver Transplant team)

  • Worked at the largest liver transplant center in Taiwan
  • Took care of inpatients awaiting liver transplant surgery (patients with severe decompensated liver cirrhosis, acute liver failure workup)
  • Collaborated with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care and outcomes.

  • Collected data of immune markers and PFTs in ILD patients with rheumatologic diseases, analyzed ILD CT findings with radiologists
